IGNACIO TORRES Mr. Torres was born on August 31, 1920 in Waco, Texas. Passed 
away at his residence in Arleta, California, on February 18, 2008. He served 
in our Air Corp as a Staff Sergeant in the 670 Bomb Squadron. He proudly 
served in Europe and Asia, as well as in the Africa Campaigns. Ignacio retired 
from the LAUSD and St. Joseph Center. He is survived by his loving wife, 
Margaret Q. De Torres; children, Frances Ortiz (Ernie), Shirley Ann Figueroa 
(Louis), Luis Alfonso Torres (Maria), Irma Montesdeoca (Gil), and Victor 
Manuel Torres; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Services are 
going to be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, 11:00 a.m. Visitation will 
take place Monday 25, 2008 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. 
Both Services will take place at Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary, 11160 
Stranwood Ave, Mission Hills, CA 91345.
