   Waco Times-Herald
   Friday March 22, 1901
   Dr.  John S. Tanner of Baylor University died at his home on South 7th
   yesterday. Heart trouble. Born Henderson county, Texas, 1869. Survived
   by  wife  and  three  children. Entered the ministry. Funeral tomorrow
   from Baylor. Burial at Oakwood Cemetery.
   Sunday March 24, 1901
   Prof. John S. Tanner was buried at Oakwood yesterday.
