This patient was seen May 9 with a history of acute pulmonary infection with 
fever developing a couple of weeks before. He had dullness in his left chest. X-
ray revealed an extensive pleurisy and extensive infiltation of lower left 
lobe. Later developed an abscess which ruptured.
