Married, at the residence of the bride's father, Miss Nannie Mullens and Mr. Charley Saxon, "Wednesday, April 23, at 8 o'clock p. m., Rev. O..E. Bryan of Waco officiating. The bride is a most estimable young lady, and we believe, thoroughly equal to the Baanifold duties and boundless responsibilities which she has just assumed. The groom is well known to the many readers of THE BALL. He is, to say the least, one of Falls county's most admirable young men, and, to say the most, he is now a husband. The wedding, though sT affair, was attended by a large number of well-wishing friends and relatives, among whom were gladly welcomed1 Misses Florence Hunnicutt, Mamie Allison, Blanche Kunze » and Mary Powell of Marlin, and Misses Leona Rogers andClaudie Thomasson of Waco, Mrs. Kunze of Marlin, Messrs. N. W. Goodrich and Jaaper Hunnicutt of Marlin. Amid the sublime strains of a wedding march, the melody of which rose upon the air of the room and floated in trembling cadences out upon the balmy night, the sweetness of which was appreciably heightened by "the fragrance of the rose and honeysuckle and other floral contributions to the splendor of the scene, there appeared in immaculate folds the blushing bride, attended by Miss Leona Rogers and Miss Claudie Thomasson, and the groom supported by Messrs. Rober Spencer and M. M. Allen. They will accept our mosi hearty congratulations and sincere wishes for their most con summate happiness and unabated enjoyment of never-ending anc propitious environments. May the love spring just now beginning to trickle its crystal waters over golden sands unremittingly flow down the steep declivity of life, ever broadening and deepening until it at last dissolves or loses iteelf in the vast eternal ocean of infinite love, where God himself doth reign. Additional Comments: We wonder if 'The Ball' (see line 13) was a newspaper or a column in a newspaper.
