AMANDA McCANN GLOVER VS. G.W. GLOVER;

This day this cause was called for trial, and cause the plaintiff by attorney 
and it appearing to the Court that the defendant's residence is unknown, and 
that he has been duly cited according to law, and W.T. Hefley, an attorney of 
this Court is hereby appointed to represent the defendant, and the Court 
having heard the pleadings, evidence and arguments of council, is of the 
opinion that plaintiff is entitled to a dissolution of the bonds of matrimony, 
and custody of her child, Zee Edith Glover.

It is therefore ordered by the Court - adjudged and decreed that the 
defendant, G.W. Glover, be and they are hereby dissolved and that plaintiff 
have the care and custody of Zee Edith Glover, the child of plaintiff and 
defendant, and all costs of suit for which plaintiff may have execution.

It is further ordered that W.T. Hefley be allowed $5.00 fee for representing 
defendant as part of the cost and that a Statement of Facts be filed as part 
of the outcome in this cause.

married on May 11, 1891 as recorded in Volume "5" page 325
