Rockdale & recorded in the Office of County Clerk of Milam Co., Tx. 

$175.00 to Arthur in hand & promissory note of $125.00 payable January 1, 
1887. signed by J.R. Arthur & wife D.A. Arthur ~ B.F. Middleton, notary 
public.  filed for record by W.M. Gill, county clerk of Milam County.
