RELEASE OF LIEN ~ D.W. Graham did execute (2) promissory notes to George W. 
McCann. The 1st for $175.00 due on 1st day of December 1891, and the 2nd for 
$75.00 due on the 1st day of December 1892. The said notes for 34 1/3 acres of 
land has been fully paid off, principal & interest.~ signed G.W. McCann, ~ 
R.J. Harvey, J.P. ~ W.M. Gill, CC. C.E. Gill, deputy
