The Rev. Vernon M. Appel, 77, of Thorndale died Tuesday at an Austin hospital.
Prayer service will be 7 p.m., Thursday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in
Thorndale. Celebration of Life Services will be 1 p.m., Friday at St. Paul
Lutheran Church in Thorndale with The Revs. James Mann, Martin Doering, and
Jim Linderman officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Church Cemetery in
Thorndale.
