Funeral services for Verlie Ashley, 84, of Cameron were held Aug. 13, 2000 at
Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron, with Rev. Jim Lafferty
officiating. Burial was in the Oak Hill Cemetery. She died Aug. 9 in a Cameron
nursing home.
