You are hereby commanded to summon Eliza Bohanan, whose place of residence is unknown. By making publication of this Citation once in each week for four consecutive weeks previous to the return day hereof, in some newspaper published in your County, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then in any newspaper published in the 35th Judicial District, then in any published in the nearest District to said 35th.Judicial District, to appear at the regular term of the District Court of Mills County, to be holden at the Courthouse thereof, in Goldthwaite, on the 2nd. Monday in November A.D. 1906. The same being the 12th. day of November A.D. 1906, then ad there to answer a petition filed in said Court on the 7th. day of May A.D. 1906. in a suit, numbered on the docket of said Court No. 908, wherein Chas. Bohanan is Plaintiff, and Eliza Bohanan is Defendant, and said petition alleging That the Plaintiff herein lives in Mills County, Texas and is a bona fide inhabitant of this State:That he has resided in said Mills County, Texas, for a longer period of time than six months next preceeding the instution of this suit: and that he has resided in this State 15 or 20 years. that the place of residence of the Defendant herein is unknown to this Plaintiff. And for cause of action Plaintiff alleges that he and Defendant were legally married in McLennen County, Texas, on April 16th. 1900 and lived together until November 18th. 1905, when Defendant left he bed and board of Plaintiff and has never more returned to live with him. That during their coverture they had born to them two children, to wit: George Duey Bohanan, a boy aged four years, and Elsmore. Bohanan, a boy aged two years. That immediately after their said marriage the Defendant herein began a series of studid insults toward the Plaintiff, and would often without any provacation on part of plaintiff become very much enraged at plaintiff and did hit plaintiff with a hammer , and curse and abusive plintiff and treat him in a disgraceful and abusive manner, neglecting her duty to home and family. That she left plaintiff without an provocation on part of the plaintiff, and has remained seperated from him ever since their seperation in November 1905. That the defandant is a bad, vicious and dangerous woman when enraged, and uses bad language i the presence of her children. Plaintiff alleges that the defendant is in every way unfit (can't read next line and can only guess what it might say.) to care for her minor children.?????? said minor children , but that he is a fit and proper person to have thier cae and custody. Premisis considered, plaintiff prays that citation be issued to the defendant herein requiring her to answer his petition, and that upon final hearing thereof , that he have final judgement divorcing him from said defendant and for the care and custody of said minor children. Herein fail not, but have before said court, at it's afordsaid next regular term, this writ, with your return thereon, showing how you have executed the same. Witness, E.G. The name of thier desendant is James Elmer Bohanon so the names have changed a bit. Elmer Elsmore Bohanon, Married Sena Pettyjohn and lived in Broken Bow, McCurtin Co., OK. Eliza married Tommy Little and lived there also. George Duey or George R. was living with his Mother Anna and Tommy Little in Ok. in 1920.
