To any Ordained Ministerof the Gospel,Judge of the District Court,Judge of the 
County Court,or any Justice of the Peace:
You,or either of you,are hereby authorized to solemnize in HOLY UNION OF 
MARTIMONY James P.Elliott and Martha M.Griffin in accordance with the laws of 
this State, and that you make due return of this your authority to my 
office,within sixty days from date hereof,certifying how you have excuted the 
same.
 GIVEN UNDER MY HAND and seal of office,this 3rd day of Nov 1892
