The State of Texas, County of Mills
To Any Ordained Minister of the Gospel,Judge of the District Court,Judge of 
the County Court,or any Justice of the Peace;
  You,or either of you,are hereby authorized to solemnize or join in THE HOLY 
UNION OF MATRIMONY James P. Elliott and M.M. Griffin in accordance with the 
laws of this State,and that you make due return of this your authority to my 
office, within sixty days from date hereof,certifing how you have executed the 
same.
 GIVEN UNDER MY HAND and seal of office,this 3rd day of Nov.1892.
