Will was probated in Mills County [Goldwaithe located in West Texas some 350-400 
miles from Nacogdoches County [Nacogdoches] which is in Northeast Texas]

Will left:

His daughters, Mary E. Lowrie, [1/8th],
Mrs. Alice J. King [1/8th]
his sons, Marcus L. Brown [1/8th],
Herbert E. Brown [1/8th],
John D. Brown [1/8th],
G.B. Brown [1/8th];
and the children of his deceased daughter Harriett Abagail Lowrie, 
to-wit: Byron Lowrie [1/40th = 1/8 x 1/5], 
Abbie Kate Lowrie [1/40th], 
Edna Lowrie [1/40th], 
Harmon Lowrie [1/40th] and 
Mary Alice Lowrie [1/40th],

and the children of his deceased son, J.E. Brown, 
to-wit: Ruby Brown [1/24th-1/8x1/3], 
Abbie Brown [1/24th] and 
Edward Brown [1/24th].
