LOVE of Fort Worth are visiting the. J. H. JUSTIN home. W. T. RUSSELL was in Ryan and Marietta, Oklahoma. A.T. HOEHM of Austin visited his old friend RAY BEAL. Dr. PATTERSON, who at one time lived here, but recently at Portales, New Mexico, has returned to Nocona and bought the SYKES property on Clay Street. His many friends welcome him back to Nocona. W. T JENKINS Jr. of the firm of Clark Bros. & Jenkins left for Belton where on May 12, he and MISS BESSIE ELLIS were married. He is one of our popular young business men and recently bought an interest in the Clark Drug Store. His bride is a highly accomplished young ladies in central Texas. They spent several days in Dallas and San Antonio and will be at home to their friends in the NABOURS house on the south side which he recently purchased. BRABOY visited at Prairie Point. Mr. MANN was at Saint Jo. MRS. BONNIE BELLE SHRUM Dies MRS. BONNIE BELLE SCHRUM, 25, wife of A. V. SHRUM of Caps Corner community, died at the family home last Tuesday night after a week’s illness. Funeral services were held at the Mountain Creek Cemetery Wednesday afternoon with Elder JOHN RAYMOND. Scott Bros. of Saint Jo had charge of arrangements. She is survived by her husband and four small children, her father JOHN KING of Illinois Bend, one sister MRS. EDNA HAIR and four brothers, OLAN, ED, ELVIS and TRAVIS KING, all of this community. N. E. ROBINSON Death came to the home of CLAY and DEWEY ROBINSON and called to heaven a beloved father, N. E. ROBINSON. The death angel came only 25 days ago and took from them a sweet loving mother, MRS. MARY ROBINSON. NATHAN ELIJAH ROBINSON was born June 22, 1846 and passed to his reward May 1, 1932 at his home here. Funeral services were conducted at the M. E. Church Monday, May 2, 1932. Bro. LUTON officiated. Interment was at the Nocona Cemetery, arranged by J. H. CONE Funeral Home. Mr. Robinson was born in North Carolina and at the age of 9 years, moved with his parents to Missouri, living there until the war broke out and he was called and served 20 months for his country. After the war he moved to Texas and united with the Methodist Church at age 21. At the age of 28, he met and married MISS MARY NORTHCUTT. To this union, seven children were born, three dying in infancy. One daughter MRS. J. D. GRAY preceded him seven years ago. His dear companion preceded him April 6, 1932. Mr. Robinson had been a cripple since February 1929 when he broke his hip. He never complained, always smiling. Mr. Robinson leaves three children to mourn him, CLAY, DEWEY and MRS. A. L.
