Hare, 55, died at her home in Cason at 3:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Death was caused by heart trouble. Mrs. Hare was born Miss Sallie Barnard, and was married to Mr. Hare in 1902. She was born in Daingerfield and had lived in Cason most of her life. Funeral services were held at the home at 3:00 o'clock Sunday afternoon, with Rev. G. G. Cecil of Omaha, Methodist pastor, in charge. He was assited by Rev. J. W. Ford of Linden, former pastor at Cason, and Rev. J. H. Malone of Mt. Pleasant. Interment followed in the Cason cemetery. Mrs. Hare leaves her husband; three children, Melvin Hare of Caldwell, Clyde Hare of Summerville and Carol Hare of Cason; three grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. W. A. Hare and Mrs. Minnie Floyd of Cason, Mrs. Will Kersey and Mrs. Leonard Hunter of Fort Worth; three brothers, Virgil Barnard of Cason, Claude Barnard of Dallas, and Bob Barnard of Shreveport, La. Among those from Daingerfield attending funeral services were Mr. and Mrs. T. N. Jones, Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Lewis, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Moore and son, Roy Jr., and daughter, Miss Marion, Mrs. Jewell Moore, Mr. and Mrs. F. N. Moore and Mr. and Mrs. Morris Stevens. Levi, Grady and Ben Floyd of Dallas, Mr. and Mrs. Onie Blackman of Gladewater, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Anderson and two daughters, Misses Martha Sue and Nancy Jane, of Wills Point, Mrs. John Wardlow and two daughters, Miss Mildred, and Mrs. Cleo Barnard of Pittsburg, were among the out-of-town attendants.
