Mrs. Texana Ryan
January 8, 1934

Mrs. Texana Ryan died at her home near Cason, Jan. 8, 1934, age 51 years. She
had been in ill health for several months. She was a faithful member of the
Baptist Church at Cason for a number of years.

She was the widow of the late Thomas P. Ryan who died Feb. 14, 1931.

The children who survive Miss Ola Ryan, Arlington, Mrs. Opal Smith, Thomas,
Sadie, Johnie, and Georgia of Cason, one sister and six brothers also survive.

Funeral services were held at Cason Baptist Church Jan. 9 at 2 p.m. conducted
by her pastor Rev. J. W. Reeder of Hughes Springs and Rev. J. D. McClung. In
the presence of a large audience, the floral offering was very beautiful.
Burial was in Cason cemetery.
