All rights reserved http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ***************************************************** Ill Four Hours, Mrs. Mae Talley Claimed By Death October 27, 1936 Mrs. Mae Talley of Daingerfield died from the effects of toxin poisioning at her home in Daingerfield Tuesday night, October 27. She was sick only four hours and died at 10:20. Two sons, Cecil Boon of Daingerfield, Robert Boon of El Paso, and one daughter, Mrs. Beecher Crosby, of Toledo, Ohio, survive. She also leaves five sisters, Mrs. Minnie Nelson of Daingerfield, Mrs. Jack Lass of Garden Valley, Calif., Mrs. W. D. Crump of Hughes Springs, Mrs. J. C. Hall and Mrs. C. H. Collins of Portales, N. M., and one brother, J. W. Hood of Hughes Springs. Rev. A. A. Rider conducted funeral services Wednesday at the residence following which burial was made in the Hughes Springs Cemetery. Out-of-town attendants were Mrs. W. D. McMillan and Mrs. B. W. McMillan of Hughes Springs, Mrs. Ellis Adams and daughter, Miss Faye Adams, and Mrs. Eli Adams of El Paso.
