Butler April 1, 1883 Deed book 67 pg 265 to Mrs. L.E. Gray Warranty Deed Know all men by these presents that I, O.J. Butler, of county of Navarro, in consideration of Three Hundres dollars to me in hand paid Mrs. L.E. Gray. All that certain tract or parcel of land lying & situated in Navarro Conty, state of Texas and a part of a survey of 120 acres granted to Joseph H. Powell to wit: Beginning at the SE corner of said survey. Thence Ne 30 W 600 vars to the SW corner of the Hines survey Thence 60 W 423 Vars a stake. Thence S30 E 600 vars to a stake in the south line of said Powell survey. Thence N60 E with said line 423 vars to the beginning containing forty five acres of land. Release - quit claim.
