To have and to hold unto the said Nancy Tenery her heirs and assigns forever and I this day--- convey all the rights held and interest I have in and to the foregoing described land or parcel of land in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my scroll for seal this the –day of July 1862.
