Beginning in the South boundary line of said League at the south east corner of a survey of 569 acres made for George W. Cook a stake from which a post Oak marked (H) bears N. 63 degrees E. 25-1/2 varas a Black Jack marked (Gc) bears N 30 degrees W 9 varas, Thence N. 20 degrees E. with said George W. Cook’s survey 1776 varas a stake from which a Post Oak marked (H) bears S. 25-1/2 degrees E. 12 varas another Post Oak marked (Gc) bears S. 73 degrees W. 15 varas, Thence S 70 E 1810 a stake from which a Post Oak marked (TS) bears N 20 degrees E 3-1/2 varas another Post Oak marked (ST) bears S. 70 degrees E. 1 varas. Thence S 20 degrees W 1776 varas stake in the South boundary line of our League from which a Post Oak marked (H) bears N 79 degrees W 18 varas another Post Oak marked (C) bears N. 29 degrees E. 15 varas. Thence N. 70 degrees W. with said line 1810 varas to the place of beginning, Containing 569 acres. To have and to hold unto her the said Rebecca Dulaney Hines her heirs and assigns forever and I the said Henry Cook do for myself my heirs, executors and administrators convey all the right title, all interest I have in and to the foregoing described tract or parcel of land.
