Navarro Deed Book 46 pg 481

Know all men by these presents that we F.M. Grimes and E.S. Grimes,  of the State of
Texas and county aforesaid and in consideration of the sum of $442 FOUR HUNDRED 
FORTY TWO DOLLARS to us in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge have
this day bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed unto  R. HIGHTOWER    of said State
and County of NAVARRO all the rights title and interest we have in or any manner
pertaining to a certain tract or parcel of land situated in State of Texas and
County as described:

Beginning  SE corner of  49 acres deeded to W.H. YOUNG 

Thence S30E693  VRS  to a stake in the North Line of a survey made to ELIZABETH
ACREE whence an Elm 12 in brs S86W12 vr also an Ash 10 in brs N35W9 vrs.


Thence S60W 612 varas SE Corner of a survey made to W.A. Hightower.
Thency N30 W400 vrs to a stake at the SE corner of 50 acres deeded to SW GRIMES. 
Thence N30 W 528 vars to a stake at the SW corner of a survey made for W.H. YOUNG.
Thence N82 E 658 vars to the beginning.

Containing in all 88 1/2 ACRES  and it being a part of the FM Grimes survey together
with all the singular rights, members, improvements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining.

To have and to hold the above described tract or parcel of land unto the said R
HIGHTOWER   his heirs or assigns forever free from our heirs or assigns and we do by
these presents agree to warrant and forever defend the title of the same unto the
said  R HIGHTOWER    his heirs or assigns free from the lawful claims of any and all
persons whomsoever claims the same or any part thereof this the 13 day of November
