Know all men by these presents that we R. Hightower and wife, Jane Hightower in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, paid by Lydia A. Grimes and the further
consideration of the love and affection we have for our daughter, Lydia A. Grimes

have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed to said Lydia A. Grimes of County of
Navarro in the State of Texas all that certain lot or parcel of land:
To wit: fifty acres more or less out of the Ed Rameriz survey the same being
deeded to R. Hightower by T.R. Edwards and Elizabeth Edwards on the 31st day of
March A.D. 1880.  With field notes as follows:

Beginning at a Mesquite Post from which a Mesquite bears N 29 1/2 13 vars, and
an other brs N 61 E 62 1/2 vrs. Thence S30 E 428 1/3 vrs to a stake. Thence S60
E 668 vrs to a stake in the west line of W.N. Haynes tract from which mesquite
bars S31 E 3 vrs Another vars S39 W 5 1/3 vars. Thence N30 W 428 1/2 vars to a
stake. Thence S 60 w668 vrs to the place of beginning.
