R.F. Hooker and wife, Ada Hooker to Lydia A. Grimes

R.F. Hooker and wife, Ada Hooker of Commanche Co Tex to Lydia A. Grimes for $4,000
cash in hand, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.

Said R.F. Hooker hereby agrees to pay all taxes against said property to Jan'y 1st
1928.

All that certain lots, tracts or parcels of land, situated in the town of Frost,
Navarro Co, and being lots numbers Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block No. Eleven (11)
in the said town of Frost, together with all improvements there on, and being the
same property conveyed to R. H. Hooker by deed of Aug 17 1921 and being of record in
Vol 233, page 177. Navarro Co deeds.

Additional Comments:
Lydia's husband, F.M. Grimes had died in 1924.  Her children urged her to sell the
ranch and move into the town of Frost.
