State of Texas. Navarro County   8/15/1901  Release  Deed Records: Vol 111 p. 559
Know all men by these presents: That whereas on the 19th day of December A.D.
1899, R.J. Page and wife, Ola Page of the County of Navarro, State of Texas,
executed a warranty deed conveying 178 acres out of the W.R. Bowen survey, of
the said county and state to   J.M. Scott;

And whereas the said R.J. Page and wife took as aprt consideration in the said
deed for the said land one certain vendors lien note for the sum of $150 due Oct
1st 1900, bearing ten per cent interest said note described in the said deed
recorded in Volume 95 page 522 of the Deed Records of Navarro County, TX

And whereas the said R.J. Page and wife have been fully paid and satisfied,

Now therefore in consideration of the aforesaid payment we, R.J. Page and wife,
Ola Page, do hereby release unto the said J.M. Scott all our right title and
interest in and to the said land, and do by these presents quit claim all the
interest that we possess by virtue of being grantor in said deed, and legal
holder and holder of said note.
Witness our hands this 15th day of August A.D. 1901.

Ola Page examined privately and apart from her husband acknowledged and declared
that she had willingly signed the same.
