Sewell Feb 1886 75 acres $200 Know all men by these presents: We, Lewis Pevehouse & wife Louisa Pevehouse, in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars have granted, sold and released by Quit Claim to T.W. Sewell of County of Navarro all that certain tract or parcel of land lying in Navarro County being a part of the survey of 120 acres granted to Joseph Pevehouse and bounded by: Beginning at the North east corner of said survey, and thence south 30 E 200 varas to the north east corner of a survey of forty five acres deeded to L.E. Gray. Hence S 30 E 600 vars to her South West corner in the South line of said Powell survey. Thence S. 60 W 300 vr the Soyth west corner of said survey Thence N 30 W 800 vars the north east corner said Powell survey, thens N68 E/ 847 vars to the beginning containing seventy five acres of land.
