There is another survey recorded in Book 25 page 320 of a 59 acres survey made to
HENRY HUBBLE by the State of Texas. The field notes of which are as follows

Beginning on the SW corner of a 160 acre survey made for Henry Hubble in NW line of
C. Jarrell's 650 acre survey a stake whence a mesquite 10 in bears W63E  49 vrs to 9
in bears S47W   58 1/2 vrs
Thence N30W  350 vrs a stake the SE corner of a 120 acre survey made fo J.H. Powell
Whence a mesquite 10 " bears S3W  17 vrs do 6 In bears S48E  19 vrs
Thence S60W with said Powells SW line 950 vrs to stake in F. Grimes E line 
Thence S30E with said Grimes E. line 350 vrs to C. Jerrells NW corner, a stake from
which a mesquite 10 in bears S9E 6 vr to 7" bears S44W  7 vrs.
Thence N60E with said Jerrell's NW line 950 vrs to the beginning

The 59 acres survey warrant or map. The 160 acre survey on J. Spence's

I have surveyed for Henry Hubble Fifty nine acres of land by virtue of a part of his
duplicate 2nd class certificate No 29/89 issued by Joseph Spence Comr Genl Land
office the 24 day of August 1869.

Situated in Navarro County about 4 miles N50@ of Dresden (and 16 1/4 miles S84W of
Corsicana.

Henry Hubble had 2 land grants.1)59 acre 2)160.  Both East of Frederick Grimes Land
Grant.
