Field Notes of land granted by the State of Texas to James M. Price on the 5th
of Aug A.D. 1851 640 acres of land situated and described as follows:

In Robertson District Navarro County on the head of Post Oak Creek a North
Branch of Richland Creek.

Beginning at a state from which a Pin Oak bears N25 E 13 vrs Post Oak brs S 60 W
8 vrs SW corner J. FLORENCE survey of 640 acres & the NW Corner of RAMSEY survey
of 1280 acres.

Thence N 30 W 1900 brs to 2 Post Oaks for corner:

Thence S 60 W 1900 vrs to corner a cotton wood marked

Thence S 30 E 1900 vrs to a stake from which a Mesquite brs N 33 1/2 E 67 1/1
vrs another brs S 26 W 60 vrs.

Thence N 60 E 1900 vrs to the beginning & recorded in Book G. Page 486.
