Field notes of 640 acres of land granted by State of Texas to John Florence 19th
Dec 1850.

Beginning at the NW coner of A. RAMSEY survey & S.E. Corner of J.M Price [James
M.] survey. a stake from which a Pin Oak brs N 9.6.8 vrs another br S 42 W 7 vrs.
Then to N 30 W with said Prices survey at 1900 vrs a stake from which a post Oak
brs N 21 1/12 E 3 1/0 vr another brs N86 E 5 vrs; Then to N66 E at 1900 varas
the NW corner of John PEVEHOUSE Survey a stake in Praire: Thence S 30 E with
said survey at 1900 vrs a stake from which a Post Oak brs N37 E 4 vrs another
brs S 58 E 8 vrs; Thence S60 W with said RAMSEY survey 1900 vrs to the beginning
& recorded in Book G page 309.
