Field notes of 640 acres land granted Henry COOK assigns of Claiborn JARRELL by
the State of Texas.  Beginning at a stake the SE corner of F. GRIMES survey. 
Thence to N. 60 E passing J. FLORENCE  NE corner 1900 vrs to a stake from which
a mesquite brs S 88 E 170 another brs S69 E 168 vrs to N 30 W passing S.S.
PEARSON NW corner 1900 vrs to a stake from which a Mesquite brs S 30 E 282 vrs a
Honey Locust brs S 20 1/2 W 33 varas:
Thence S 60 W 1900 vrs to a stake from which a mesquite brs S 90 E 6 vrs another
brs S44 W 7 vrs Thence S30 E 1900 vrs to the beginning & recorded in Book I
pages 136 & 137
