Headstone of John Cleatus Putman who was born October 13, 1929 & died February 
24, 1992.  Melba Marie Crenshaw Putman who was born February 14, 1929 and died 
July 24, 2002.  They were married April 21, 1951.  

Additional Comments:
He was the son of James Rufus Putman and Mary Jewel Lewis Putman both buried 
in the Dresden Cemetery, Dresden, Texas, Navarro County, Tx.  He was the 
younger brother of Y. M. Putman who was born Feb. 10, 1926 and died Sept 19, 
2003. He is also buried at Dresden Cemetery, Dresden, Texas, Navarro County, 
Texas.
