Four Young Men 
Seated, center front:  Cecil Willard 
Back row, standing left to right: 1. Will Owens, 2.  Dewey Willard, and 3.
unidentified. 
The first three (and perhaps the fourth) resided in the Rushing community,
Navarro County, Texas. This photograph was probably taken in the summer of 1919
after Cecil Willard had returned from France following his military service in
World War I. Will Owens was also a veteran of World War I. Both men are wearing
what appear to be army issue ankle boots.
