Blooming Grove Rustler
Mr. James Ervin Riddle and Miss Mattie Foster Ivy were united in marriage Wed
morning of this week at 7:30 o'clock at the home of the bride's parents Mr. and
Mrs. Hinton C. Ivy. Quite a number of relatives and friends were present, and
all pronounced Bro Armstrong's ceremony a pretty one and the wedding
commensorate with the pretty ceremony.

The bride is a Blooming Grove girl who was reared and educated here.  She is not
only a beautiful young lady, but a sweet girl how finds much pleasure in church
work and ministering to the poor and sick. The groom comes from Mexia and is a
young man of exemplary character. He attended the Training School here and it
was in this way hat he met Miss Ivy and at once learned to lover her and amired
her many sweet traits of heart and mind. Mr. Riddle is industrious and possessed
with a fortunate turn for money-making.  They received many nice and useful
presents. They left on the 8:30 train same morning for Mexia.
