Your Petitioner, Mrs. J. F. Daniels, wife of J.F. Daniels, deceased, respectfully shows to the court that her husband J.F. Daniels died on or about the 24th day of December, AD, 1930, at his home in the County of Newton and State of Texas. 2. That the said J.F. Daniels left surviving him children and grand children, as follows: R.A. Daniels, a son, 48 years of age, Lige Daniels, a son, 46 years of age, Mrs. Mattie Phelps, a daughter, 44 years of age John Daniels, a son, 42 years of age Mrs. Dovie Simmons, a daughter, 40 years of age Jack Daniels, a son, 36 years of age Amos Daniels, a son, 34 years of age, Mrs. Elen Woods, a daughter, 32 years of age, Miss Dona Daniels, a daughter, 30 years of age, Buster Daniels, a son, 28 years of age, Evelyn Kerr, a daughter, 26 years of age, Dave Daniels, a son, 23 years of age, Jewel Dickerson, a grand-daughter, 22 years of age, Mutt Young, a grand-son, 17 years of age, Jas. Clinton Young, a grand-son, 7 years of age. 3. That there is a community estate between the said J.F. Daniels, deceased, the husband of this petitioner, and your petitioner. 4. It is further shown by your petitioner that the said J.F. Daniels, deceased, resided in Newton County, Texas, at the time of his death; and that the community estate is also situated in Newton County, Texas. Wherefore, your petitioner prays the court to appoint three appraisers to appraise the community estate, and that she be granted community administration as provided by law. E.A.
