RAMIREZ City Court Nov. 2nd, 1876. Complaint filed by P. WHELAN charging drunkeness and unlawful bearing of firearms. Defendant being brought before the court plead guilty as charged whereupon he was fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf. No. 95 - City Corpus Christi vs Lee ROBB City Court Nov. 2nd, 1876, Complaint filed by P. WHELAN charging drunkeness, disorderly conduct and the unlawful bearing of firearms. Defendant being brought before the court plead guilty as charged and was fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf. Page 322 No. 96 - City Corpus Christi vs Pablo RAMIREZ City Court Nov. 3rd, 1876. Complaint filed by Martin HINAJOSA charging unlawful bearing of firearms on Nov. 2nd, 1876. Defendant being brought before the court plead guilty and was fined five dollars and costs when upon representation of officer one half of said fine was remitted. No. 97 - City of Corpus Christi vs P. H. LAWLER City Court Nov. 4th, 1876. Complaint filed by P. WHELAN charging drunkeness and disorderly conduct on Nov. 2. Defendant appeared before the court, plead guilty and was fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf. No. 98 - City of Corpus Christi vs Mateo MORRALES City Court Nov. 6th, 1876. Complaint filed by Thos BASQUES charging drunkeness and disorderly conduct on Nov. 4th. Defendant being brought before the court and ready for trial plead guilty and was fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf. Page 323 No. 99 - City of Corpus Christi vs Louis CARRILLO City Court Nov. 6th, 1876. Complaint filed by Thos BASQUES charging drunkeness and disorderly conduct on Nov. 4th. Defendant being brought before the court announced ready for trail and plead guilty as charged. Whereupon he was fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf. No. 100 - City of Corpus Christi vs Cruz BALLEGO City Court Nov. 6th, 1876. Complaint filed by T. BASQUES charging drunkeness and disorderly conduct. Defendant being brought before the court and ready for trial plead guilty as charged and was fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf. HINAJOSA”) No. 101 - City Corpus Christi vs Wm WOESSNER City Court Nov. 6th, 1876. Complaint filed by M. HINAJOSA charging unlawful bearing of firearms. TERREY City Court Nov. 8th, 1876. Complaint filed by Mary Jane KING charging drunkeness and disorderly conduct. Jane FRANKS charging defendant with disorderly conduct and the unlawful bearing of firearms on Nov 15th, 1876. And now the defendant being brought before the court announced himself ready for trial, and plead not guilty. Whereupon the evidence was heard, when he was adjudged guilty as charged by the court, and it was ordered that defendant be fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf and that he stand committed to the custody of the City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid. No. 105 - The City of Corpus Christi vs Rafael AGUERRA In Recorders Court November 17th, A.D. 1876. Complaint filed by Rev. Jane FRANKS, charging defendant with assault and disorderly conduct on Nov 15th, 1876. And now the defendant being brought before the court announced himself ready for trial and plead guilty as charged. Whereupon it was ordered that defendant be fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf and that he stand committed to the custody of the City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid. Complaint filed by Mercia RODRIGUES, charging defendant with assault and disorderly conduct on Nov 16th, A.D. 1876. And now the defendant being brought before the court announced herself ready for trial and plead not guilty, whereupon the evidence was heard. When it was considered by the court that the charge was not sustained and defendant was therefore discharged to go hence without day. No. 107 - The City of Corpus Christi vs Pasqual GOMEZ In Recorders Court Nov 18th A.D. 1876. Complaint filed by Mercia RODRIGUES charging defendant with assault and disorderly conduct on Nov. 16th A.D. 1876. And now the defendant being brought before the court announced herself ready for trial and plead not guilty. Whereupon the evidence was heard when it was considered by the court that the charge was not sustained and defendant was therefore discharged to go hence without day. No. 108 - The City of Corpus Christi vs Jacinta SALVEDIA In Recorders Court Nov 18th 1876. Complaint filed by Mercia RODRIGUES charging def. with assault and disorderly conduct on Nov 16th 1876. Complaint filed by Wm OHLER charging def with being guilty of selling fireworks, commonly known as fire crackers in or about the 15th of Nov. 1876. And now the defendant being brought before the court announced himself ready for trial and plead guilty as charged. Whereupon it was ordered that the defendant be fined twenty-five dollars and all costs in this behalf and that he be committed to custody of the City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid. Complaint filed by Martin HINAJOSA charging defendant with drunkeness and disorderly conduct on the 17th of Nov. A.D. 1876. And now the defendant being brought before the court announced himself ready for trial and plead not guilty whereupon the evidence was heard. When it was considered by the Court that the charge was not sustained, and defendant was therefore discharged to go hence without day. Page 330 No. 111 - City Corpus Christi vs John KENEDY In Recorders Court Nov 18th 1876. Complaint filed by Marline HINAJOSA charging defendant with drunkeness and disorderly conduct on the 17th of Nov. A.D. 1876. And now the defendant being brought before the court announced himself ready for trial and plead not guilty. Whereupon the evidence was heard when it was considered by the court that the charge was not sustained, and defendant was therefore discharged to go hence without day. No. 112 - City of Corpus Christi vs Joe DENNIS In Recorders Court Nov 20th A.D. 1876. Complaint filed by Wm OHLER charging defendant with being guilty of keeping and exhibiting a gaming table or bank on Nov. 18th 1876. And now the defendant being brought before the court announced himself ready for trial and plead not guilty. Whereupon the evidence was heard, and he was adjudged guilty as charged by the court, and it was ordered that he be fined Fifty dollars, and all costs in this behalf and that Forty dollars of said fine be remitted, that he also remain in custody of the City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid. Page 331 No. 113 - City of Corpus Christi vs A. BENNETT In Recorders Court Nov 20th A.D. 1876. Complaint filed by Wm OHLER charging defendant with being guilty of keeping a gaming table or bank on Nov. 18th 1876. And now the defendant being brought before the court announced himself ready for trial and plead not guilty. Whereupon the evidence was heard, and he was adjudged guilty as charged by the court and it was ordered that he be fined Fifty dollars and all costs in this behalf and that Forty dollars of said fine be remitted. That he also remain in custody of City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid. No. 114 - City of Corpus Christi vs C. LEE In Recorders Court Nov 20th 1876. Complaint filed by Wm OHLER charging defendant with being guilty of betting at a gaming table on Nov. 18th 1876. And now defendant being brought before the court announced himself ready for trial and plead not guilty. Whereupon the evidence was heard, when he was adjudged guilty by the court, and it was ordered that he fined ten dollars and all costs in this behalf, and that he also stand committed to custody of City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid. Whereupon the evidence was heard, when he was adjudged guilty as charged by the Court, and it was ordered that he be fined ten dollars and all costs in this behalf and that he also stand committed to custody of City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid, Nine dollars of said fine remitted.
