Complaint filed by Thomas BASQUES charging defendant with being guilty of disorderly conduct on March 7th in violation of City ordinance in such case made and provided. And now defendant being brought before the Court announced himself ready for trial and plead guilty as charged. When it was ordered by the Court that he be fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf and that he stand committed to custody of City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid. Page 369 No. 191 - The City of Corpus Christi vs Marciano GARCIA In Recorders Court March 15th 1877. Complaint filed by P. WHELAN charging defendant with being drunk and down on March 14th 1877. And now defendant being brought before the Court announced himself ready for trial and plead guilty as charged, when it was ordered by the Court that he be fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf and that he stand committed to custody of City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid. No. 192 - The City of Corpus Christi vs Acadio PEREZ In Recorders Court March 16th, 1877. Complaint filed by Wm OHLER charging defendant with being guilty of the unlawful bearing of firearms within the Corporate limits. And now defendant being brought before the Court announced himself ready for trial and plead guilty as charged when it was ordered by the Court that he be fined five dollars and all costs in this behalf and that said pistol be confiscated, that he also stand committed to custody of City Marshal until said fine and costs are paid. Page 370 No. 193 - City of Corpus Christi vs Ramona GARCIA & Mary J. (Jane) KING In Recorders Court March 26th 1877. Complaint filed by Julio RODRIGUES charging defendants with being guilty of committing an assault upon him by the use of abusive and insulating language in violation of City ordinances in such case made and provided. And now defendants being brought before the court announced themselves ready for trial and the complaint being read to which they plead not gulty. Whereupon the evidence was heard when they were adjudged guilty by the court and their punishment assessed at ten dollars and all costs in this behalf and it was ordered that they be committed to the City Jail until said fine and costs are paid said imprisonment not to exceed fifteen days. No. 194 - City of Corpus Christi vs Eleuterio MENCILLAS In Recorders Court March 26th 1877. Complaint filed by Lorenzo MEDENA charging defendant with being disorderly and unlawful bearing of firearms, in violation of City ordinance in such case made & provided, defendant entered the plea of guilty -- when his fine was assessed at five dollars & costs and upon representation to the Court of his former good conduct $4.00 of the fine was remitted.
