LAKE JR., LOUIS CLARK Born November 19, 1932, in Corpus Christi and left his 
memory in our hearts on March 11, 2008, a resident of Rowlett for 30 years. He 
was the best of men and loved all who knew him. He served in the U.S. Army for 
20 yrs and retired from the Dallas Police Dept after 20 yrs. Louis is survived 
by his loving wife of 31 yrs, Marleta Ann Lake; step-father, Otto Mohrenweiser; 
2 sons, Karl Lake, Ronnie OBriant and his wife; 4 daughters and their husbands, 
Diana, Joy, Linda and Susan; 3 grandsons; a brother, Donald Mackey, his wife 
and 3 children; a sister, Barbara Lake; many friends and his beloved pets. A 
memorial service will be held 2:00pm Friday, March 14, 2008, at Rest Haven 
Funeral Home, 3701 Rowlett Rd., Rowlett, TX 75088. To honor his life, his 
family asks that contributions be made in his name to the Dallas Police Dept.
