Robert Franklin Howard Jr. was born to Robert Franklin Sr. and Alma Lucille 
Prather Howard on January 03,1952 in Corpus Christi, Nueces Co. Texas
He died in an Auto accident near the intersection of Bear Lane and Padre Iland 
Drive on August 10,1974 Corpus Christi, Nueces Co. Texas Buried in Memory 
Gardens near his mother and sister. His father is still living and 3 sisters 
are still living as od June 2009. He was an only son.
