Funeral Program

A service In Memory of Mrs. Beatrice Bowden Adams was conducted Wednesday June 

15, 1988 at 10:00 AM from Calvary First Baptist Church, 2902 Carver Drive, 

Corpus Christi, Texas, with Rev. H. C. Dilworth, Pastor, officiating.  Mrs. 

Beatrice Mae Bowden Adams was born September 08, 1905 in Runge, Texas.  She 

died June 10, 1988.  Survivors include her husband, George W. Adams; daughter, 

Mrs. Ceatrice O. Kitchen; son-in-law, James C. Kitchen; brother-in-law, 

Granville Adams; 4 grandchildren, James C. Kitchen, Jr., Deborah Dansby, Leon 

B. Kitchen, Daisy O. Chase; 8 great grandchildren, Kendra Denise Dansby, 

LaTonya Dansby, James Kitchen, III, Kameron Kitchen, Leon B. Kitchen, Jr., 

Lonnie L. Kitchen, Richard Chase, Jr., & Regina Chase.  Active Pallbearers were 

James C. Kitchen, Jr., Leon B. Kitchen, Bruce Dansby, Richard Chase, & members 

of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.  Honorary Pallbearers were Deacons of Calvary 

First Baptist Church.  Entombment is at Seaside Mausoleum.  Arrangements were 

made by Colonial Langham Mortuary, Baldwin at 18th, Corpus Christi, Texas.
