Box 61 Mineral Wells TX 76068-0061 940-328-1028 siouxcitysue@cox-internet.com Obit - Ralph Spurgeon Seibert Jr. Ralph Spurgeon Seibert Jr., 84, of Mineral Wells, Texas, died in a Fort Worth hospital on May 25, 2002. A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Mineral Wells on Saturday, June 1, 2002, at 2 pm. He was born in Oakdale, Pennsylvania, on September 16, 1917, to Ralph Spurgeon and Ethel Haugh Seibert. He married Anna Margaret Clifford on August 30, 1940, in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. He had lived in Mineral Wells only a short time and was a member of First Presbyterian Church. He was an amateur radio operator and a computer enthusiast, who enjoyed bird watching and traveling. Mr. Seibert had been an engineer with RCA in New Jersey and Ohio before retiring to Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1980. Mr. Seibert was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 61years, Anna Margaret; and his sisters, Grace Seibert Lowe, Florian Seibert Richie, Mary Seibert Barnes, and Jesse Seibert Knott. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Ralph Spurgeon Seibert III and Sue of Mineral Wells, Texas; son John Clifford Seibert of Nashville, Tennessee; and daughter Mary Lynn Seibert of Findlay, Ohio; sister Pauline Seibert Kohl; granddaughters and and husbands, Katherine and Steven Krohn of Trophy Club, Texas, Carolyn and Darrell Polston of Mineral Wells, Texas, Christina and Brian Smith of Graham, Texas; great-grandchildren John, Joseph, Danielle, Beth, Jennifer, Timothy, and Travis, along with many nieces and nephews.
