Knight Directions: From Carthage, go south on FM 10 to the city of Gary, in Gary proceed south on County Road 125, almost to the Shelby County line, on the right will be a dirt road on the left with a gate across it and a sign indicating the Murphree chicken houses. Follow the dirt road and bear to the right at an abandoned chicken house. Cemetery will be on a knoll in a stand of trees and has an ornamental iron fence around it. One unmarked grave was detected inside the fence and a small number of unmarked graves were detected just outside the fence on the east side. This property lies within the Samuel Crawford Headright.
