Matthews, Co. Clerk, P.C.T. The State of Texas County of Panola Know all men by these presents: That I, J.H. Dickson of the County of _________ the State of West Virginia for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Sixty One & 50/100 Dollars to me in hand paid by Moses McDaniel of the County of Panola and State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do, by these presents, bargain, sell, release and forever quit-claim unto the said Moses McDaniel, his heirs and assigns, all my right, title and interest in and to the mineral rights in that certain tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Panola, and State of Texas, described as follows, to-wit: 50 acres of the Wm. Grisham Survey being same land conveyed to Moses McDaniel by H.C. McDaniel by deed dated Oct. 25, 1913 and recorded in Vol. 28 page 121, deed records Panola County, Texas. Also 79 acres of the William Grisham Survey being same land conveyed to Moses McDaniel by H.C. McDaniel deed dated June 29, 1918, recorded in Deed Records Panola County, Texas Vol. 36, page 156. That this deed is given for the purpose of quit claiming all interest I may have in the and to the minerals, oil and gas in and to said two tracts of land by virtue of a certain mineral deed executed by the said Moses McDaniel and wife, Nettie McDaniel, to me bearing date October 8, 1919, in which the said Moses McDaniel conveyed an undivided one-half interest of said minerals unto me, subject to oil and gas lease. To have and to hold the said premises, together with all and singular, the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said Moses McDaniel, his heirs and assigns forever, so that neither the said J.H. Dickson, nor my heirs, nor any person or persons claiming under me shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
