    The Murr-Copeland cemetery is located south of Azle, at Murr Road and F.M. 1886.  From Azle take 730 S to F.M. 1886, go about 2 miles to Murr Road, turn left, cemetery is on the right.
    At this time I'm working on the history of the cemetery and of those buried there and hope to have it avaibable soon.
    There are many known  graves with no markers, and many sites which could be graves, marked only by sandstones. Most all are related by blood or marriage.  The oldest marked grave is  1856, and the most recent is 1954.  There are many infants and children buried here.   If any one has any information they would like to share or if there is incorrect information
 on this page, please let me know.
