Mrs. Ellen McHenry died last night at her home on College street, after a 
somewhat lingering illness. She was about 67 years of age, being the mother-in-law
of Dr. Pope who died here 24 years ago. She had been a consistent member of the
Methodist church for many years and a regular attendant upon its services. The
remains were buried this afternoon from the first church and were followed to their
last resting place by a number of sympathizing friends.
