FORT STOCKTON, Texas, Feb. 23 - Judge W. C. Ellison, 80,
died of heart disease Tuesday at the Fort Stockton home
of his daughter, Mrs. Ike T. Pryor Jr.

His body will be sent to Maryville, Mo., for burial beside
his wife. Judge Ellison returned to Fort Stockton with his
daughter after the death of his wife a month ago.

He also is survived by a son, Judge Robert Ellison, member
of the Missouri Supreme Court.
