Nevertheless, the location is very restful and well maintained now. Additional Comments: The best way to locate this cemetery is to go to the "Cho-Yeh" Encampment Administration Building just south of Livingston, Texas, and ask for a guide to the cemetery. The best time of the year would probably be the early Fall, because the Encampment is heavily occupied during the summer months and the staff are busiest then.
