This cemetery is also known as "Crossroads Cemetery."   The Polk County 
cemetery listing has both names listed, but in the index of surveys, it comes 
up as Crossroads Cemetery with Jones Prairie as a subtitle.   The survey 
itself, however, is entitled "Jones Prairie Cemetery" at web page;
