This cemetery is also known as "Crossroads Cemetery."   The Polk County 
cemetery listing has both names listed, but in the index of surveys, it comes 
up as Crossroads Cemetery with Jones Prairie as a subtitle.   The survey 
itself, however, is entitled "Jones Prairie Cemetery" at web page;

On the www.topozone.com map, the cemetery is listed as "Crossroads Cemetery", 
located off Highway 942 near Leggett, Texas in Polk County.
