Hiram Lee McKnight was born January 18, 1821 in Georgia and died January 19, 
1881 in Texas. Hiram was married to Mary Causey McKnight. Their children are: 
John McPherson Berrien McKnight, Richard Henry Lee McKnight, and Susan Lorraine 
Josephine McKnight.

Hiram's parents are: John Lee McKnight and Martha Sims. 

Siblings are: Larissa McKnight Welch, Andrew Matterson McKnight, Nancy Susan 
McKnight Causey, Thomas McKnight, Lewis Newton McKnight, Dr. John W. McKnight, 
Martha Elizabeth McKnight Sims, Minerva Elvira McKnight Monkress, Mary Jane 
McKnight Stanley, Christopher Pusilamus Columbus McKnight, Mariah McKnight 
Bentley, and Gilbert Motier Lafayette McKnight.
