Burial will be in Citizens Cemetery at Clarendon. Mrs. Frazier was born in Clarendon. She had lived in Claude before moving to Amarillo in 1965. She worked at the Amarillo Air Base, then the VA Hospital before retiring in 1980. She was preceded in death by a son, Roy Thompson, in 1979. Survivors include a son, Ray Thompson of Lake Roberts, N.M.; two sisters, Mable Tunnell of Pampa and Nell Stanton of Lefors; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Charles Sherman Morgan Charles Sherman Morgan, 78, died Sunday, Dec. 15, 1996. Services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40, with the Rev. Bob Murphy, of Paramount Terrace Christian Church, and the Rev. Robert Field, chaplain of Veterans Medical Center, officiating. Mr. Morgan was born in Porters Falls, W.Va., and moved to Amarillo in 1964 from Stephenville, Newfoundland. He married Cleo Mixon in 1946 at Bradenton, Fla. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 30 years, earning rank of senior master sergeant. After retiring in 1971 as an aircraft maintenance supervisor, he worked for the Amarillo I.S.D. as a bus mechanic. He later worked with Depaul Construction as a heavy equipment operator and mechanic. He was a member of the Air Force Association, the American Legion and the D.A.V. of Amarillo. He was a Protestant and a member of Paramount Terrace Christian Church. Survivors include his wife; a son, Kerry Morgan of Amarillo; a daughter, Kathy Morgan of Bradenton, Fla.; three sisters, Thelma Weekley of Greer, S.C., Audra Pollinger of Hickory, Pa., and Pauline Nolte of Wheeling, W.Va.; and four grandchildren. She was a member of First Assembly of God, where she was involved in the Womenıs Ministries. She was also a member of Tex-Pan Ramblers RV Club, NCHA RV Club and Windmill Sam RV Club. He was an amateur radio operator for more than 30 years and a member of Quarter Century Wireless Association. He was also a member of Senior Citizens Association, Forty-five and Uppers and Polk Street United Methodist Church. Mrs. Schuelein was born in Lahoma. She married Herbert Jacob Lindorfer in 1931 at Lahoma. They moved to Texhoma in 1951 from Blackwell. He died in 1978. She moved to Wellington, Kan. She married Robert G. Schuelein in 1986 at Dumas, Texas. He died in 1995 and she returned to Texhoma. She was a retired beautician and a member of the Lucky 13 Quilting Club. Survivors include a daughter, Audrey Hamilton of Texhoma; a son, Arno Lindorfer of Dallas; a brother, Harold Brunken of Meno; a sister, Mildred Kletke of Alva; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Gordon was born in Montague County, Texas. She was a school teacher in Harmon County for several years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, where she had been a Sunday school teacher for 6-year-old boys for many years and participated in all church activities. She was a member of the Chrysanthemum Garden Club. She married Van Gordon in 1932 at Hollis. He died in 1992. Survivors include two daughters, Carol Wilkinson of Longmont, Colo., and Betty Allison of Daphne, Ala.; two sons, Ronnie Gordon of Plainview, Texas, and Philip Gordon; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Wayne Miller Wilson BEAVER, Okla. - Wayne Miller Wilson, 72, died Monday, Dec. 16, 1996. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Beaver First Christian Church with Bill Sherrill officiating. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery by Clark Funeral Service. Mr. Wilson was born in Beaver County. He was a longtime rancher and a retired union pipefitter. He was a World War II veteran, serving with the U.S. Marine Corps. He was active in the VFW and had received his 50 year pin from the American Legion. He was a lifetime resident of the Anthony community at Beaver County. He was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Michael "Mike" Wilson. New Mexico Carrol Madison Jones LOS ALAMOS, N.M. - Carrol Madison Jones, 87, died Tuesday, Nov. 12, 1996, at Brookings, Ore. Memorial services will be at a later date in Los Alamos. Cremation was in Oregon by Scantlinıs Brookings Mortuary Chapel. Mr. Jones was born in Childress, Texas, and was raised in Olton, Texas. He graduated with honors from Olton High School, where he later served as principal. He received a bachelorıs degree in 1929 from Southern Methodist University, his masterıs degree in 1938 from Northwest Texas University and a bachelorıs degree in 1949 from Southern Methodist University. He taught school and was engaged in business and farming in West Texas. In 1948, he joined the Methodist ministry and served various churches throughout Northwest Texas. He retired in 1990 in Los Alamos. He married Ivela Grace Bell in 1928. She died Nov. 25. He had lived in Clovis, N.M., for 50 years, where he worked as parts manager for Doc Stewart Chevrolet for 35 years, retiring in 1983. He married Ruth G. Osborne in 1946 at Lubbock, Texas. She died in 1995. Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Kay Strickland of Jacksonville; two brothers, Joe Coffey of Lamesa, Texas, and Lloyd Coffey of Pasadena, Calif.; and two grandchildren. Wesley Ewing Cobb BURLESON - Wesley Ewing Cobb, 95, a former Pampa resident, died Monday, Dec. 16, 1996. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at Pampa. Mr. Cobb was born in Bethel Springs, Tenn., and lived in Pampa from 1929 until 1990, when he moved to Burleson. He worked for Fatheree Wholesale for a number of years and was employed by the Cabot Corp. for 20 years, retiring in 1963. He was a former board member of the Golden K Kiwanis Club and attended First Presbyterian Church in Pampa. His first wife, Daisy Sarah, died in 1957. He married Viola S. Studebaker in 1958 at Pampa. She died in 1995. Survivors include a son, Harold Cobb of Crowley; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The family will be at the home of Ray Thompson at 2620 Chaumont in Pampa. Peter Scott Ford ARCADIA, La. - Peter Scott Ford, 38, a former Amarillo resident, died Wednesday, Nov. 20, 1996. Services were Saturday, Nov. 23, in First Baptist Church with burial in Hurrican Cemetery. Arrangements were by Rose-Need Funeral Home. Mr. Ford was born in Amarillo and moved to Arcadia about 20 years ago. While living in Amarillo he attended St. Andrews, Crockett Junior High and graduated from Tascosa High School in 1976. He was a real estate investor and an avid outdoorsman. He was president of the Arcadia Gun Club, past president of the Louisiana Trapshooting Association, a former member of the Arcadia Jaycees and Arcadia Volunteer Fire Department. Survivors include his wife, Melissa Ober Ford; a son, Peter Brent Ford of the home; a daughter, Mary Chasten Dance of the home; and his parents, "Pete" and Vernell Ford of Amarillo. Amanda J.
