Mrs. Riggs was born in Hamilton County and had lived in Stinnett for 47 years. She was a housewife and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.R. ``Randy'' Riggs in 1992. He worked for the grain elevator in Sayre for 27 years delivering feed. He worked for Ochiltree County, retiring in 1978. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Lewis Yarbrough, Cecil Yarbrough and Clarence Yarbrough; and one grandson. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery. Mr. Neil was born in Plainview. He graduated from Plainview High School in 1930 and from University of Texas at Austin in 1931 with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He retired from the Soil Conservation Service after 41 years as a federal engineer. He married Ruth Braly in 1938 at Plainview. He joined the Soil Conservation Service in 1941 and first worked at Amarillo, then at Buffalo Lake near Umbarger in 1942. He then spent 13 years at Plainview with the SCS, and in 1957 he moved to Tulia, where he lived for 26 years before moving back to Plainview. Prior to joining the SCS, he had served more than a year with the U.S. Corps of Engineers, headquartered at Galveston. He was a registered professional engineer in Texas, a life member of American Society of Civil Engineers and a member of Chi Epsilon Honorary Civil Engineering Fraternity. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus for the past 61 years and was a charter member of Knights of Columbus Council at Plainview and a member of the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus of Lubbock. He was also a member of St. Alice Catholic Church, where he served as lector, communion minister and usher. He had been a member of Church of the Holy Spirit at Tulia, where he served as minister of worship and president of the Parish Council and Building Committee. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Frances Hutson of Amarillo; a son, Patric Wilson Neil Jr. of Dumas; a sister, Margie Pokorny of Cleveland, Ohio; and two grandchildren. Roy B. She married Elmer D. Hamilton in 1940 at Hollis, Okla., and they lived in Kirkland and Childress until moving to Plainview in 1957. He died in 1967. She married Eddie Jordan in 1968 at Tulia. She worked as a grocery store clerk at Ritters Foods, Dunns Food and J&S Fruit Market. She was a member of Assembly of God Church. He had worked on the Lohman Ranch at Purcell, Okla., before moving to Weatherford in the 1930s. He married Willie Juanita Lewis at Weatherford. They raised and trained quarter horses in addition to doing ranch work. He moved to southwestern Pennsylvania in 1951 and raised registered quarter horses and continued to be involved with agriculture and ranching. He moved to Canyon in 1986. She had been a Sunset resident for 55 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bowie. She taught school for many years in the Bowie School System. Mr. Fennell was born in Vernon. He graduated from Center Point High School at Pittsburg, Texas, and from Huston-Tillotson College with a bachelor's degree. He married Clarise Geneva Johnson in 1952 at Plainview. He served in the Army inKorea from 1954 until 1956. He then received his master's degree from North Texas State University. He taught school at Terrell, then moved to Plainview in 1963. He was principal at Booker T. Washington School until it closed and then at Lakeside School until he retired in 1990. He was past president of Noon Lions Club and a member of United Baptist Church. He was on the Housing Authority Board, Selective Service Board, Hospital Board, YMCA Board, Texas Principal Association and Texas Board of Teachers Certification. He was preceded in death by a son, Romey Fennell III, in 1991. Survivors include his wife; a son, Roderick L. Fennell of Arlington; his mother, Vivian Fennell of Plainview; four sisters, Virginia Woods, Birdie L. She was a homemaker and a past member of Sorosis Club, Perryton Art Alliance and First Christian Church. Burial will be at 2 p.m Tuesday in Aspermont Cemetery at Aspermont. Mr. Domingo was born in Mexia and moved to Deaf Smith County in 1942 from Anton. He married Lupe Ramirez in 1979 at Hereford. He was a truck driver and a member of La Iglesia de San Jose Church. He had served in the Army during World War II. He operated Hereford Housing and was a Deaf Smith County Sheriff's Deputy from 1953 until 1967. He was a member of San Jose Knights of Columbus. Survivors include three sons, Rufus Pesina of Dallas and Domingo Pesina Jr. and Martin Pesina, both of Amarillo; four daughters, Petra Meddoza and Dora Perez, both of Amarillo, and Lupita T. Pesina and Krystal Pesina, both of Hereford; three stepsons, Joe Garcia, Larry Garcia and Fedincio Garcia, all of Hereford; a stepdaughter, Perla Luna of Hereford; three brothers, Daniel Pesina, Juan Pesina and Julio Pesina, all of Hereford; 28 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Towe was born in Cedar Hill. She married Verlin Towe in 1942 at Portales, N.M.; he died in 1990. They moved to Silverton in 1954. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Jay Towe of Silverton and Greg Towe of Bonham; three sisters, Evelyn Jarnigan of Bixby, Okla., LaVon Mills of Farwell and Fay Gary of Truth or Consequences, N.M.; and four grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to American Cancer Society or First United Methodist Church. New Mexico Marshall Warren Jr.CONCHAS DAM, N.M. - Marshall Warren Jr., 74, died Friday, Dec. 20, 1996. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Dunn Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in the family plot at Memorial Park Cemetery at Tucumcari. Mr. Warren was born in Tucumcari and had been a longtime resident of Conchas Dam, where he owned and operated the North Dock Conchas Lake Facilities. He was a Baptist and a veteran of World War II, serving with the Coast Guard. He was president of Conchas Golf Association and was active in the Arch Fitzsimmons American Legion Post No. 19. Survivors include his wife, Dicie of Conchas Dam; two sons, Marshall Warren of Roswell and Mason Warren of Bloomfield; and four grandchildren.
